DTI-389 Drying Batch Oven
Description
The DTI-389 batch oven dries sheets of honeycomb product. Product is loaded into the custom product cart (provided with the batch oven) and loaded into the heated chamber for drying. Once the set point temperature is selected, the product soaks at temperature for eight (8) hours. Heated air is supplied through a plenum system located on one side wall, passes through the product, and returns through a plenum system located on the other side wall. At the end of the cycle, the product is unloaded.

The batch oven interior is constructed of 16ga aluminized steel, and the exterior is constructed of 16ga carbon steel and painted with high temperature paint.
