DTI-226-100 Adhesive Curing Conveyor Oven

Process description
The DTI-226-100 conveyor type oven cures adhesive on automotive drum brake linings. Adhesives are applied to the inside of the pre-cured linings to be used for bonding in a later process. Parts enter the curing oven on the conveyor belt, then travel through two heated zones and a cooling zone prior to reaching the exit point of the system. Curing oven speed is set to match the production speed to create a continuous process. An exhaust system is included to exhaust the byproducts of the adhesive cure process from the conveyor oven during production.
