DESCRIPTION

The DTI-1237 Vertical Curing Oven provides manufacturing capability for the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry in a vertical arrangement to save valuable manufacturing floor space. DTI-1237 includes multiple zones of temperature control to match the requirements of the product being processed, as well as to maintain accurate temperature control and uniformity. Heating elements within the oven are located on both sides of the vertically oriented product flow to provide even heat distribution.

The design of the vertical oven system includes multiple points of access for inspection and maintenance, along with full stainless steel construction.

Unique Vertical Curing Oven applications and arrangements can be engineered by Davron Technologies to meet a wide range of thermal process requirements within the Medical/ Pharmaceutical Industry, in addition to other industrial applications. In addition to curing in the Medical, Pharmaceutical and other Manufacturing industries, these type of ovens can be used to preheat, dry, heat treat and anneal products as required, in both ‘open atmosphere’ and ‘controlled atmosphere’, as well as other thermal process applications.
