DESCRIPTION
The DTI-1096 batch oven is used to preheat steel molds used in the automotive industry. The molds are processed in groups of 12 and weigh approximately 16,000 pounds. The operating temperature range of the oven is 450F to 750F.
FEATURES
BATCH PRE HEAT OVEN CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
This Pre Heat oven is constructed with structural steel framework that supports the entire oven. The oven utilizes one (1) vertical door located on the entrance end of the oven. This door utilizes pnuematic cyclinders to allow for automated opening and closing. The batch oven interior is constructed of aluminized steel and the exterior is carbon steel painted with high temperature paint. The oven heat source is a single natural gas fired system.
