DESCRIPTION
The DTI-1061 stress relieving conveyor oven operates in a continuous manner at approximately 8′ per minute. The oven is used to stress relieve spring bundles used in the furniture industry. The operating temperature of the oven is 700° F and the stress relieving cycle time is approximately two (2) minutes. The oven stress relieves approximately 720 bundles or 1,400 pounds of springs per hour. The oven utilizes a programmable temperature controller and includes three (3) access doors to provide access to the conveying system for ease of maintenance and cleaning.

STRESS RELIEVING CONVEYOR OVEN CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
This Stress Relieving Conveyor Oven is constructed with a structural steel frame to support the entire oven. The interior of the oven is constructed of aluminized steel and the exterior is carbon steel painted with high temperature paint. The oven is insulated with 8″ insualtion and utilizes a galvanized wire mesh belt. The heat source for this oven is a single electric heater controlled by SCR.
