DTI-1005 Multi Shelf Annealing Batch Oven
Customer directive
Our customer wanted to create an indexing single part flow inert atmosphere production furnace system to match, and seamlessly integrate into, the customer’s entire existing manufacturing process at a production rate of 45 seconds part to part. The customer’s then existing process included inefficient batch furnace staging of parts at this point in the process.
Description
The DTI-1005 batch oven anneals plastic products of various shapes and sizes. This batch oven is designed for a maximum product load of 1,000 pounds. This oven includes six (6) product shelves equally spaced in the heated chamber. The oven also has two (2) individual doors with each door working in conjunction with three (3) product shelves. This gives the customer the flexibility of loading and unloading half the batch oven capacity at different times.
The product shelves extend outside of the oven half their length to allow for the loading and unloading of product. All components such as the fan, heater, T/C’s etc. are located on the back of the oven. The top of the oven is clear to allow the capability for stacking additional ovens in the future.
