The DTI-784 industrial oven is a thermoforming solution that preheats cotton and polyethylene backing material used in the manufacturing of interior components for the automotive industry.

The DTI-665 batch oven heats steel molds, and is designed to hold an interior shelf system accommodating up to 36 steel molds. Molds are arranged in the batch oven in an array of six (6) deep and six (6) high.

The DTI-504 batch oven cures automotive brake pads, and is designed to cure two (2) full racks of product in a six (6) hour cycle. The batch oven cycle is a maximum of five (5) hours and a one (1) hour cooling cycle.

The DTI-227 industrial oven preheats cast iron molds used in the plastic industry. This custom oven contains a drawer that opens and closes automatically. Molds are loaded into the drawer by a crane located in the customer’s facility.
