Davron utilizes both high-definition plasma cutting and abrasive waterjet cutting systems in our manufacturing facility. Both of these systems allow us to provide cost reductions, improved lead times, and higher quality products with precision cuts.
These cutting systems are used in our manufacturing process every day for making oven components. However, we also offer our cutting services to outside customers for various parts and components.
Our high-density plasma cutting system is an AKS Cutting Systems accu-kut Plasma Cutting System with a Hypertherm XPR300. This system allows us to cut mild steel from gauge to 3″ thick.

- Dual linear guiding and worm gear drives with digital motors produce movement of the machined gantry. Resulting in precise cuts and round holes.
- High-speed dual drives allow for speeds in excess of 2,000 ipm while providing maximum torch cutting speeds.
WATER JET CUTTING
Our Flow Abrasive Water Jet Cutting System utilizes an integrated flying bridge with a dynamic head. The pump utilized on our system is a 60,000 psi HP Intensifier. This system cuts a wide variety of material such as stone, copper, UHMW, wood, tile, stainless steel, rubber, composites, aluminum, carbon steel, brass, foam, etc.
