The DTI-1096 batch oven is used to preheat steel molds used in the automotive industry.  The molds are processed in groups of 12 and weigh approximately 16,000 pounds. 

The DTI-1084 Custom Contact Preheat System is a thermoforming oven used in the manufacturing of automotive interior components. The system includes 2 multi zone heated platens.

The DTI-1032 Pre Heat Batch Oven is used in the plastic manufacturing industry to pre heat molds.  The molds are steel and the maximum weight of molds per batch is 6,000 pounds.  The oven utilizes a subway grate floor and a subway grate shelf approximately 4′-0″ above the floor.

The DTI-1004 batch ovens preheat steel molds used in the plastic industry. These batch ovens are designed so that the roofs are clear of all components, allowing the ovens to be stacked on top of one another to conserve floor space.
