DESCRIPTION
This Pre Heat Batch Oven is used in the plastic manufacturing industry to pre heat molds. The molds are steel and the maximum weight of molds per batch is 6,000 pounds. The oven utilizes a subway grate floor and a subway grate shelf approximately 4′-0″ (1219mm) above the floor. The design operating temperature is 890°F +/- 4°F. The maximum operating temperature of the oven is 1,000 degrees F.
FEATURES
This batch pre heat oven is constructed with structural steel framework that supports the entire oven. The oven utilizes two (2) sets of vertically hinged full opening doors located on both the entrance and exit end of the oven. The oven interior is constructed of stainless steel and the exterior is carbon steel painted with high temperature paint. The oven interior and exterior is separated by 2″ ceramic blanket and 8″ mineral wool insulation.
