DTI-991 Infrared Coating Cure System
Description
The DTI-991 conveyor oven system cures coating on automotive disk brake pads. The coated brake pads are manually loaded onto the conveyor belt (3 parts wide). The conveying system has variable speed control to allow for cycle time variations for different products. The curing chamber is divided into three independent zones of temperature control. IR panels are adjustable in height from the product to provide a variation of applied heat intensity. This works in conjunction with the heat controls to prevent blistering. The selected heaters heat to a desired temperature/output in 10 minutes or less, providing quick production time.
