DESCRIPTION

The DTI-646 industrial oven is used to dry a coating applied to strands of polyethylene fibers used in making fishing line. This drying oven processes eight (8) strands of line through the chamber. All equipment used to pull the product through the heated chamber is provided by the customer.

 

FEATURES

CUSTOM SPECIALTY OVEN CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The heat and exhaust system of the oven is designed to process the eight strands of material at 500′ (152400mm) per minute. This equates to approximately 27 pounds of product per hour (1 pound = 3,000 yards of material). The oven is designed to exhaust 4.264 pounds of MEK per hour of production. This industrial oven utilizes two (2) horizontally hinged doors located on the front of the oven. These doors give access to the heated chamber for feeding the strands of material through the oven chamber.
