DTI-390 Forced Impingement Curing Oven

DESCRIPTION

The DTI-390 conveyor oven cures automotive disc brake pads.  This system is designed to work in conjunction with a ten-press automated system, providing continuous curing capabilities.

Formed parts are shuttled from ten individual presses to the oven entrance. Each press feeds one lane in the oven to allow ten parts across the belt width to be processed together. The oven is designed so that the belt conveys product through the oven in a manner, keeping pace with press production to provide continuous operation. The five individual zones of temperature control provide the ability for unique temperature profiles.
