DTI-300 Parts Dryer
Description
The DTI-300 parts dryer is used to dry small ceramic parts for the ceramic package industry. Parts enter the dryer and pass under eight (8) air knives to remove excess water. The parts then enter the heated chamber and dwell for a predetermined amount of time. When the parts are considered dry, they are removed from the drying chamber.

Custom oven construction features
The dryer is fabricated with a structural steel framework with 3″ thick insulated walls. The interior of the chamber is fabricated of stainless steel, and the exterior is fabricated of carbon steel and painted with corrosion resistant epoxy paint.
