DESCRIPTION

The DTI-233 inert atmosphere batch oven is used in the carbonizing process of a ceramic product. This industrial oven operates under an inert atmosphere (nitrogen) and a positive pressure of 1.5″ WG.  This oven utilizes a rack system that contains five (5) product shelves.  The product is put on the shelves and loaded into the inert atmosphere oven. The oven is designed for a maximum capacity of 1,500 pounds of product.

The oven control system allows for multiple heating cycles with ramp and soak profiles. The oven is provided with a cooling jacket, and a cooling fan is utilized to force air through the cooling jacket. This inert atmosphere oven includes a door safety interlock, and the interior of the oven is constructed of stainless steel.
