DTI-226-200 Indexing Conveyor Oven

DESCRIPTION

The DTI-226-200 indexing conveyor oven is used for pre-curing automotive drum brake linings.  This conveying system is designed to work in conjunction with a roll mill and automated cut-to-length system and operates in an indexing configuration.

Uncured linings are manually loaded from the cut-to-length system into the custom radius tooling tray, which makes up the oven conveying system. Oven conveyor index time is adjustable to match the product output from the roll mill and required dwell time within the heated chamber. Linings are heated in the oven chamber and cooled prior to exit, allowing the lining to maintain its shape prior to adhesive being applied in the next process.
