Electrical Services

Each system sold by Davron Technologies, Inc. is fully wired and tested at our facility before it ships to the customer. We have a full-service electrical shop in house that employs designers, electricians, and programmers to design and assemble each component of the control systems provided with our industrial ovens and process equipment.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

• 1 of only 55 Rockwell Automation Machine and Equipment Builder partners in the United States, giving us the ability to consult Allen Bradley engineering specialists and have direct technical support with their experts for any questions that we or our customers may have
• Design of each control system based on customer specifications for each job
• All design done in AutoCAD Electrical
• Complete electrical BOM provided with each project
• Well versed with Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, and many other platforms

ELECTRICAL FABRICATION

• UL certified shop, each panel assembled in accordance with UL508A guidelines
• Control panel fabrication and PLC/HMI programming are done in house
• Complete panel assembly which includes: low and high voltage wiring separation, controls and components mounting, sub-panel assembly, mounting of junction boxes, and clearly labeled wires, components, and terminal blocks
• Experienced with NFPA guidelines for gas trains and controls
• Equipment is inspected and tested before shipment to ensure proper operation
• When requested, our staff will travel with the equipment to provide installation and testing of the electrical system

OPTIONAL ADVANCED FEATURES

• Data logging – temperature and temperature trends, PID trends, and oven commands used
• Data exporting – data can be exported periodically to a remote server
• Remote viewing and control of the oven from a computer or cell phone with internet access from anywhere in the world
• Receive mobile alerts when production stops or alarms go off on the machine
• Smart power/energy monitoring to help reduce power use and costs
