DTI-504 Preheating Batch Oven

Description

The DTI-504 batch oven cures automotive brake pads, and is designed to cure two (2) full racks of product in a six (6) hour cycle. The batch oven cycle is a maximum of five (5) hours and a one (1) hour cooling cycle. The ramp rate of the batch oven is approximately 4°F per minute from ambient to 446°F (230°C). The process requires the dwell temperature be reached in 60 to 90 minutes. Once the dwell temperature is reached, the brake pads soak for 180 minutes.
