Description

This curing tunnel oven is used to cure an adhesive component on filter media used in the automotive industry. The curing tunnel oven was designed to accommodate an existing conveyor system that was part of an existing production line. Filter media and molds are loaded onto the conveying system and the urethane component is added to the product in a process located upstream. The parts enter the curing chamber and heated air is impinged on the parts in a vertical down airflow pattern.
