Davron’s sintering ovens deliver tight temperature control and temperature uniformity throughout the heated chamber providing an efficient and consistent sintering process from cycle to cycle. These ovens are commonly used in applications requiring a material to be formed without melting, such as: sintering a teflon coating to pipe fittings or sintering PTFE on a glass cloth.

With over 100 years of combined experience, Davron designs and manufacturer’s sintering ovens in batch oven, conveyor oven, and specialty oven configurations. Our sintering ovens are provided with a structural steel frame internal to the insulated walls of the oven. This system provides for a robust oven ready for any industrial environment and will provide many years of service.
