The DTI-9281 inert atmosphere batch oven is used in the manufacturing of O-Rings. Due to the by- products of the process, the interior of the oven, shelves, and all material in the circulated air stream is constructed of Inconel.
INERT ATMOSPHERE OVEN CONSTRUCTION
The interior of the inert atmosphere oven contains seven (7) product shelves. The total product load being processed in one batch is less than thirty-five (35) pounds. The seams in the interior of the oven are sealed, and the circulation fan drive shaft is sealed and purged with nitrogen. The heater utilizes Incoloy 600 elements and the circulation fan is constructed of Inconel.
