PE-1 Frying System
This frying system was supplied for the snack food industry. The system is controlled via PLC and is completely variable. The direction and temperature of the cooking oil is variable, as well as the atmosphere of the baking oven. The duration the product is in the oil is variable as well. The system is heated via electric heaters and heat exchangers. The entire unit is stainless steel and meets FDA standards.
