MHCS-1 Surge Hopper System
This surge hopper system provides an area for product accumulation, allowing for equipment maintenance on either side of the system without production shutdown. The system consists of four carbon steel lined hoppers designed to receive bulk product and discharge only one part at a time through the discharge conveyor. One four-lane incline conveyor provides product to the hoppers, and each hopper has a single lane incline conveyor for product removal. All conveyors are variable speed.
