DTI-948 Vertical Oven Curing System

This vertical oven cures epoxy on solar panels. The maximum part size to be processed in this vertical oven is 40” long x 8.5” deep x 2” high. The parts are manually loaded and unloaded in the oven tooling with a production rate of 40 parts per hour. Parts are heated as they travel up and down in a vertical orientation in the heated chamber. The total process time for the heating cycle is 60 minutes. Parts then travel in horizontal orientation through the cooling chamber of the oven. The cure temperature is 205 °C (401 °F). Parts are cooled in the cooling chamber by ambient air to 40 °C (104 °F).
