DTI-327 Baking Extension Oven

This industrial oven was constructed as an extension to an existing oven used to bake snack food. The original oven was supplied by a company in England. This oven utilizes the existing conveying system, and is provided with a plenum system to provide airflow from both the top and bottom of the product, allowing the product to be baked from both sides.

Custom Oven Construction Features

The oven is provided with four (4) access doors to provide access to the heated chamber. This custom oven is provided with a circulation fan, exhaust fan, and natural gas burner package.
