Floor Load Systems
We design load floor component systems to meet your blank size requirements. Press tonnage and tool sizes can be customized based on the part to be processed. Redundancy in material locations prevents process interruptions due to material loading/unloading. From material goods loading to finished products unloaded from the press, everything is automated to ensure maximum productivity.
Carpeting Systems
Our automotive carpeting/pad systems includes:
- Roll Feed System – Carpet and pad preheat
- Dual Rack System – Single carpet/pad parts infrared heat
- Blank Feed System – Carpet pad and preheat w/ automated loading
- Rotary Roll Feed System – Carpet preheat
