DTI-971 Double Tier Indexing Pre Heating Conveyor Oven

DESCRIPTION

The DTI-971 indexing conveyor oven is a thermoforming system that preheats interior components used in the automotive industry. This industrial oven was provided with a pick and place system to load the products onto the oven conveyors. One product is conveyed through the upper level of the oven and heated by forced air convection.

Another product is conveyed through the lower level of the oven and heated by infrared panels. The infrared panels are arranged in individual zones of control to allow for variations of heating across the entire surface of the product. After the preheating process is complete, both products exit the two levels of the oven simultaneously. They are then matched together to form a preheated vehicle set ready to be press formed as a single unit. The cycle times can be varied and can be as short as 30 seconds.
