PE-3 Custom Dip Tank

This custom dip tank is constructed of stainless steel and has overall dimensions of 7' wide x 1 5' long x 5' high. This dip tank has a capacity of 2,500 gallons, and utilizes a variable speed lifting mechanism for submersion. The lifting mechanism will support 2,000 pounds of product. The system heats the resin in the tank to 70°F. The filters, pumps, and heat exchanger are completely piped.
