DTI-1005 Multi Shelf Annealing Batch Oven
This batch oven anneals plastic products of various shapes and sizes. This batch oven is designed for a maximum product load of 1,000 pounds. This oven includes six (6) product shelves equally spaced in the heated chamber. The oven also has two (2) individual doors with each door working in conjunction with three (3) product shelves. This gives the customer the flexibility of loading and unloading half the batch oven capacity at different times.
The product shelves extend outside of the oven half their length to allow for the loading and unloading of product. All components such as the fan, heater, T/C’s etc. are located on the back of the oven. The top of the oven is clear to allow the capability for stacking additional ovens in the future.
