DTI-1001 Horizontal Piston Curing Conveyor Oven

This oven curing system cures friction reducing coating on automotive pistons. The coating is screen printed robotically on each side of the piston skirt prior to the cure oven. Parts are loaded and unloaded manually in rows of 10 across the width of the conveyor belt. Parts index in a horizontal orientation through the oven chamber. Product is heated as each row indexes in the horizontal orientation through the heated chamber. Parts then travel through the cooling zone located immediately after the heating chamber before unloading.
