Davron’s conveyor ovens are designed for consistent temperature and airflow, making them ideal for drying, annealing, tempering, curing, foundry core drying, preheating, paint baking, heat-treating, aluminum aging, and thermal degreasing.

DTI conveyor ovens are constructed with a structured steel framework, and come equipped with steel double wall insulated panes to maximize heated air consistency. Our ovens are available in gas or electric configurations, and operate at temperatures over 600° Fahrenheit. All models heat from simultaneous directions, penetrating the outer layer of products in a blanket of heat as they pass through the "cook zone." This method ensures our conveyor ovens offer consistent temperatures and airflow.

The ovens featured in our catalog were fabricated for custom processes, and can be used as a reference of our capability to provide a custom solution for your specific application requirements.

DTI-223 Drying Conveyor Oven

This conveyor type oven dries ceramic slurry as part of a lost foam casting process. A foam blank is saturated with a ceramic slurry mixture and is placed on a conveyor belt for drying.

DTI-226-100 Adhesive Curing Conveyor Oven

This conveyor type oven cures adhesive on automotive drum brake linings. Adhesives are applied to the inside of the pre-cured linings to be used for bonding in a later process.

DTI-782 Drying Conveyor Oven

This conveyor oven removes water from a cast ceramic part. The drying system includes two independent conveyors passing through the heated chamber. Independent conveyors process parts at different rates in the same oven based on drying time requirements.

DTI-950 Infrared Paint Cure System
